How to Use the Recommended Talent Feature on Project Casting

The Recommended section helps you quickly discover professionals who match your posted job requirements — without having to search manually.

This feature saves time by automatically surfacing talent based on your job’s details, including skills, location, age range, and other relevant criteria.


Where to Find Recommended Talent

  1. Log in to your Project Casting company account.

  2. Go to your Dashboard.

  3. Select the Recommended tab.

You’ll see a list of professionals that best match your active job post.

Filter by Specific Job

If you have multiple job listings, you can narrow results:

  • Use the Job dropdown filter at the top of the page.

  • Select the specific job you want to review.

  • The Recommended list will automatically update to show talent matched to that job only.

This helps you focus on the most relevant candidates for each project.


How to Invite Recommended Talent

Once you're viewing recommended professionals:

  1. Select individual candidates by checking the box next to their name
    or

  2. Click Select All to choose everyone on the page.

  3. Click Invite to Apply.

Invited professionals will receive a notification and email encouraging them to submit to your job.
