We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription to Project Casting. We’ve made the process straightforward to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

You have two simple options to cancel your subscription:

Option 1: Cancel via Email

1. Send an Email:

• Email us at support@projectcasting.com with your request to cancel your subscription.

• Be sure to include your account details, such as the email address associated with your account, to help us process your request quickly.

2. Confirmation:

• Our support team will process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email once it’s completed.

Option 2: Cancel via Your Dashboard

1. Login to Your Account:

• Go to Project Casting and log in to your account.

2. Access Your Subscriptions:

• Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard.

• Click on the Subscriptions tab.

3. Cancel Your Subscription:

• In the Subscriptions section, find your active subscription.

• Click the Cancel Subscription button.

• Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

4. Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation message on your Dashboard, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Important Information About Cancellations

No Refunds:

• Please note that all subscriptions are non-refundable, as stated in our Membership Agreement and Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these documents for more detailed information regarding our policies.
