Welcome to Project Casting’s Help Desk and Support Center! We’re here to ensure you have a smooth and successful experience on our platform. This guide will walk you through how to use our Help Desk and Support Center, powered by Intercom, to get the assistance you need.

Accessing the Help Desk

1. Log In to Your Account

• First, log in to your Project Casting account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll have full access to our Help Desk and Support Center.

2. Finding the Help Icon

• Look for the Help icon (usually a chat bubble) located in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. This icon is your gateway to the Help Desk and Support Center.

Using the Help Desk Features

1. Search for Help Articles

• Click on the Help icon to open the Help Desk window.

• In the search bar at the top of the window, type in keywords related to your question or issue. Our Help Desk will suggest relevant articles from our support library.

2. Browse Popular Articles

• If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, you can browse through popular or recently added articles right within the Help Desk window. These are designed to address common questions and guide you through using Project Casting’s features.

3. Chat with Our Support Team

• If you need more personalized help, you can start a conversation with our support team directly from the Help Desk. Just click the “New Conversation” button and type your message. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

• The chat feature allows you to ask specific questions, report issues, or seek guidance on using any part of the Project Casting platform.

4. Check Your Previous Conversations

• You can also access your previous conversations with our support team through the Help Desk. This is helpful if you need to refer back to advice or instructions you’ve received in the past.

Additional Features

1. Automatic Suggestions

• As you type your question or issue, the Help Desk will automatically suggest articles that might solve your problem, saving you time and effort.

2. Response Notifications

• When you start a conversation with our support team, you’ll receive notifications within the Help Desk window and via email when there’s a response. This ensures you don’t miss any important updates.

3. Multi-Language Support

• Our Help Desk supports multiple languages. If you prefer assistance in a language other than English, simply let our support team know, and they will accommodate your needs.

Tips for Getting the Best Support

Be Specific: When asking for help, provide as much detail as possible. This helps our support team understand your issue and provide the most accurate assistance.

Attach Screenshots: If you’re experiencing a technical issue, attaching a screenshot can help our team quickly identify and resolve the problem.

Check Help Articles First: Before starting a new conversation, try searching our Help Desk articles. Many common questions have already been answered, and you may find an instant solution.
