Accessing ProCanvas

To open ProCanvas:

  1. Click the hamburger menu in the CRM.

  2. Scroll down and select “ProCanvas (Beta)”.

You'll land on the ProCanvas interface with two viewing options:

  • Map View (default and easier for navigation)

  • Satellite View (more detailed visual, optional)

By default, it will center around your current location (if location services are on). You can also use the search bar to manually enter an address, such as a target neighborhood or school area.

Navigating and Pinning Locations

Once you're viewing your desired area:

  1. Click the pin icon to drop a pin on the center of the screen.

  2. Drag the pin to the exact location you wish to mark.

  3. Click “Confirm Position” to finalize placement.

Logging Outcomes

After placing a pin, ProCanvas will prompt you to select an outcome. These are pre-configured by default but can be customized in Company Settings.

Default Outcomes Include:

  • Interested → Creates a new project.

  • No Answer → Logs the attempt, no action triggered.

  • Callback → Logs the attempt, no action triggered.

  • Not Interested → Prompts a rejection reason.

Default Rejection Reasons:

  • No damage

  • Too much money

  • No soliciting

  • Other

Each outcome must be tied to a type, which determines the logic behind each action:

  • Interested → Initiates project creation with pre-set tags, stages, campaigns, and lead sources.

  • Rejection → Logs rejection and prompts a reason.

  • Pre-contact → Neutral outcome, no action triggered.

Managing Pin Details

Clicking on a pin reveals more tools and history:

  • Address Info – Review the full address and knock history.

  • Notes – Add custom notes to the location.

  • Actions Available:

    • New Knock

    • Create Project

    • Move Pin

    • Delete Pin

Pins can be moved freely and will auto-update the address data when repositioned.

Customization Tips

  • All outcomes and rejection reasons are fully customizable in the CRM.

  • Use “Pre-contact” types to log passive interactions without triggering workflows.

  • Modify project defaults to automatically assign the right tags, lead sources, and campaign when someone shows interest.
