Troubleshooting Steps for iPhone:

Step 1: Make Sure Push Notifications are Enabled inside ProLine

Open ProLine > Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper right corner > Go to "Account Settings" > Go to "Notifications" > Make sure push notifications are selected for all activities you want notifications for.

Step 2: Make Sure Push Notifications are Enabled For ProLine in iPhone Settings

Go to Settings > Notifications, select ProLine, and make sure that Allow Notifications is enabled (Toggle will be Green).

Step 3: Make Sure All Notification Types Are Enabled

If notifications for ProLine are turned on, but you are still not receiving notifications, you may have one or more Alert types disabled. Make sure to enable all types inside the "Alerts" section: Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners, Sounds, and Badges.

Step 4: Turn off Focus Mode

iPhone's Focus Mode feature will stop notifications if enabled. Make sure this feature is turned off, or at least set to be disabled during the times you want to receive notifications.

Step 5: Restart Your Phone

Your phone can sometimes stop sending push notifications if it hasn't been restarted in a while. Restarting can straighten everything out and get notifications working again.

Step 6: Re-Install ProLine App

If you are still not receiving notifications after following all the steps above, try reinstalling the ProLine app on your phone. Make sure to approve push notification permissions when you are prompted to do so.
