To automate tasks when a project moves to the new stage, navigate to hamburger menu ☰ > Campaigns. and create a new campaign. Add actions such as sending emails, texts, or creating tasks. For instance, you can create a task that assigns a task to the manager to review a quote.
Step 4. Setting Up Triggers and Automation
Step 4. Setting Up Triggers and Automation
Triggers automate actions when a project moves into a new stage. Access triggers from the Projects Page or within the stage settings. Create a new trigger for the newly created stage.
ProLine allows for complex trigger setups to tailor automation. Add multiple conditions to refine when campaigns run. You can exclude certain projects by adding conditions, such as excluding projects in specific locations or with specific tags.
