1. To send a coupon via e-mail, first ensure that your display has a coupon configured on the 'Thank you' page.
If you would like to send the coupon via email only without displaying it, turn the coupon check-mark toggle off. Click on the coupon component to edit it and switch 'Make coupon available for use in email' on.
2.Create an email template containing the {{ coupon }} tag. Email template instructions can be found here.
3.Finally, assign the email template as a 'Follow up email' in the 'Actions' tab of the display editor.
