You can automatically send a coupon code by email to survey respondents after they complete the survey. This is set up using an email template that includes a coupon tag.
This feature is available only to customers on a paid plan.
Steps
Create an email template
Create an email template that includes the
{{ coupon }}tag. For instructions on how to create a template, see How to Create an Email Template.Configure the design
Make sure a coupon is set up in the "Thank You" section of the display.
If you want to send the coupon by email only, without displaying it on screen, turn off the coupon's checkmark toggle, then click the coupon component and turn on "Make coupon available for use in email."
Configure the action
Open the survey editor and go to the "Actions" tab.
Assign the email template created in Step 1, then save.
Note: For this action to trigger, the respondent must complete the survey all the way to the end. If the response is left incomplete, the email will not be sent.
