Shopify bills paid app subscriptions on its 30-day billing cycle. For details, see the "Fixed-price plan" section of Shopify's billing documentation.

Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis — you pay only the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades credit the difference to your Shopify account for use against future charges. Both changes take effect immediately.

Because billing follows Shopify's 30-day cycle, Shopify's policy does not issue refunds for unused days after cancellation. To cancel, go to your profile page, click 'View plan', then click 'Cancel current plan'. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
