How the Wix cookie banner affects Promolayer
When a visitor clicks "Decline all" on the Wix cookie banner, Wix blocks all third-party scripts — including Promolayer. This affects all popup tools, not just Promolayer.
Steps
Open your site in an Incognito window (Chrome) or Private window (Safari) to start a fresh session with no stored cookie preferences.
When the cookie banner appears, click "Accept" or "Accept all".
Check whether the Promolayer popup now displays.

Note: This behavior is controlled by Wix, not Promolayer. Promolayer cannot load when a visitor has declined third-party cookies at the Wix level.
