Removal of the Promolayer logo requires a paid plan. Paid plans of any level qualify for branding removal.
Once you've joined a paid plan you can use the switch in the content editor to remove the logo.
Any displays created after upgrading to a paid plan will have this switch automatically disabled and the logo will not display by default.
