Welcome to the help centre article for changing the assigned agent on your deals. Our deals page has a useful feature that allows you to assign an agent to each deal. However, there may be times when you need to make a change to the assigned agent. Don't worry, it's a simple process and we'll walk you through it step by step.
Locating the Deal
The first step is to locate the specific deal that you need to make the change on. You can do this by navigating to our deals page and browsing through the deals until you find the one you need. Once you have located the deal, click on the three dots that appear next to the deal. This will open up a drop-down menu with various options.
Choosing "Assign Agent"
From the drop-down menu, you will need to select the "assign agent" option. This will bring up another drop-down menu with a list of names. These are the agents who are currently listed in our system. Please note that you can only change the assigned agent to someone who is already present in our system. If you need to add a new agent, please make a member of the support team aware to create a new account.
Selecting the New Agent
In the drop-down menu, locate and select the name of the agent that you want to assign to the deal. Once you have made your selection, click on the "Assign" button. This will save the changes and update the assigned agent for the deal.
