How to Assign a Deal to a New Agent

Sometimes you may wish to reassign a deal to another agent working in your branch. For example, if you are going on holiday or your process involves handing the property off to another member of staff at a particular stage.

This will ensure the person you assign the deal to will receive any future notifications regarding the deal, and that the deal will appear under their list of lets when filtering for these in the "Tenancies" page, making it easier for them to find and work on.

If you need to re-assign a deal to a different agent, it's a quick and easy process. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the Deal

Open the deal you would like to re-assign. This can be done by clicking on the deal from your dashboard or by searching for it in the search bar.

Step 2: Open the "Assign Deal" Menu

Once you have the deal open, click on the three dots located above the tenancy end date.

This will open a drop-down menu with various options.

From the drop-down menu, select "Assign Deal". This will bring up a new window with a list of available agents.

Step 3: Assign the Deal

Find the agent you would like to assign the deal to. You can use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the agent's name.

Once you have selected the agent, click on the "Assign Deal" button. This will re-assign the deal to the selected agent.

And that's it! The deal will now be assigned to the new agent and they can proceed with the deal from their account.

If you need to re-assign the deal to a different agent, simply follow these steps again. It's a quick and easy process that allows you to easily manage your deals and agents.
