How to resend any email to a user

If a user is unable to see any of the emails we have sent, this is how you are able to resend them.

How To Resend an Email

If you need to resend an email to a user for any reason, you can easily do so from the deal page. Whether you need to resend an email to a tenant, a landlord, or a guarantor, our resend feature makes it easy to get your message across in no time!

Step 1: Navigate to the user’s deal page

To resend an email, first click on the username of the user on the left sidebar of their deal. This will open up their part user page.

Step 2: Find the resend email button

Once you are on the user’s deal page, locate the top of the page where you should see a button for resending the previous email. This button will be labeled "resend email" and will be clearly visible.

Step 3: Resend the email

Now that you have found the resend email button, all you need to do is click it! Once you do, the email will automatically be resent to the intended recipient.

And that’s all there is to it! The email has now been successfully resent to the user. Thank you for using our resend feature to easily communicate with users in your deals.
