How to Make a Payment Using Open Banking

Propoly offers various payment options to our tenants for your convenience. One of these options is open banking, which is the quickest way to make a payment to your agent.

Unlike card payments, Open Banking payments go straight from your account to your letting agent. This means that your move-in can proceed more quickly when you use Open Banking to make payments.

To make a payment using open banking, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Select Your Payment Method

When making a payment, you will be presented with different payment options. To use open banking, you will need to select the open banking option.

Step 2: Continue to Payment

After selecting open banking as your payment method, you will need to click on the "Continue to Payment" button. This will take you to the next step.

Step 3: Select Your Bank

On the next page, you will be able to search for and select your bank. Please note that not all banks are supported, so this may not be an option for some payments.

Step 4: Sign Into Your Bank Account

You will be prompted to sign into your bank account using your username and PIN.

Step 5: Select Your Bank Account

If you have multiple accounts, you will be given the option to select which account you would like the payment to be taken from. Make sure to choose the correct account.

Once you have confirmed the payment, the letting agent will be notified. If you are making a holding deposit payment, you will also need to go back into the system and sign the holding deposit guide.
