Próspera Roatan is first city-scale project deployed on the Próspera Governance Platform. It's located on the beautiful island of Roatán, a Caribbean location with white sand beaches and a common destination for cruise ships. The location attracts builders, businesses, and families alike, offering access to some of the most beautiful scenery in the Caribbean, including the world's second largest coral reef. It is also outside the hurricane corridor, adding to its appeal. Roatan has an international airport and strong market trends, leading to a multinational presence, diversified community, and the highest foreign buyer presence in Honduras. Próspera Roatan is a carefully planned and integrated community, located in the heart of the island. It features phased districts, world-class architecture, and thoughtfully designed infrastructure, with each development being a crucial piece of the master plan.
