Spotify does not yet officially support music label profiles. Until they do, the best solution is to register & setup a user profile for your music label. Learn all about that here. This article will help you VERIFY that user account, once you have it all setup.

This article can only help music labels powered by Proton distro. If you're a music label not distributed by Proton, please ask your own distro for help or considering switching to Proton.
This article also assumes you've already setup your user profile on Spotify for your music label.Check our other helpful guide for giving your profile a professional looking name, too. (To avoid "usernames_that_look_like_this").
This verification has nothing to do with Label Manager Access to Spotify for Artists, which is entirely different. To learn about that, check our other article.

Once you have a user account for your label setup with a professionally looking name, you can now contact Proton to help get your account verified.

When you have those things ready, send them to support@protonradio.com and we'll help you get the page verified. As a reminder, we can only help you do this if your music label is powered by Proton distro.
