Overview
You can monitor your clients' progress in their details. PT Mate tracks both health and training progress.
Health log
On the Health tab, you or your client (on the Client App) can add health log entries to track things, such as weight, heart rate and other.
This is especially relevant if your client is on a nutrition plan and is working towards a certain goal.
Progress and PB's
In the Progress tab you can see a summary of your client's training progress. This includes the evolution of their training weights over time (e.g. their Deadlift weight) as well as their personal best/1 rep max.
These values are automatically updated whenever your client or you log their session results.
