Overview
PT Mate allows you to keep track of your clients' progress by recording their session results so you can monitor their advance over time. You can log their results by running your sessions through PT Mate.
How to log results
There are three ways to log your clients' session results:
In session
When you run a session, you can enter your clients' results after the block/timer finishes. In group sessions, you'll do that client by client
After the session
You can see the session results any time after it finishes and update them
On the Client App
Your clients can update their own results themselves on the Client App
Types of results
Depending on the type of timer and movement, there are different types of results you can enter. Here's a quick overview:
Timers
AMRAP: Enter the total number of rounds and reps
For time: Enter the completion time
All other timers: No entry required
Movements
Reps: You can enter reps for all movements except for distance based ones
Weight: Any movement with a weighted equipment (e.g. barbell or kettle bells)
Distance: Cardio movements, such as running or rowing
Monitor your clients' progress
All your clients' results are recorded and stored in our database. You can access their results either by accessing their session details, or on the Progress tab.
This tab lists both their PB's and the history weights used for weighted movements, such as Deadlifts or Kettle Bell Swings.
