My clients still have unpaid sessions although they have a Direct Debit set up. Why is that?

Direct debits don't affect your client's previous available sessions. For example, if they purchased a pack of 3 sessions but decided to change to an unlimited direct debit after 2 sessions, they will still have 1 unused session.

Same applies to unpaid sessions. You can manually adjust your client's available sessions in their details.
