Overview
Keep track of your progress by logging your session results. This way, you can stay on top of your achievements while PT Mate helps you choose the right weights for you for your next session.
Prerequisites
Your trainer needs to run the session through PT Mate in order to be able to log results. If they don't run the session, at least a program or workout needs to be assigned to the session from within PT Mate. And your trainer must have marked the session as attended by you (both 1:1 and group sessions).
Find your session
Your Training tab lists all your previous sessions (the ones you attended). Just select the one you want to update your results for.
Update your results
In the session you'll see the different blocks (such as Warm Up or Workout). Below each block there's a button called "UPDATE RESULTS". Tap that button. On the next screen you'll be able to enter your results.
Depending on the type of movement, you can enter reps, distance, calories or reps and weight. PT Mate will take care of doing the math for you in the background to calculate your optimal weights for the next session.
