This article explains how status changes are transferred between Plentymarkets and PULPO WMS.

Status synchronization ensures that the status of sales orders between Plentymarkets and PULPO WMS is correct. This is relevant in situations such as:

  • A sales order is prepared for shipment in PULPO WMS: Status update in Plentymarkets.

  • A sales order is canceled in Plentymarkets: Cancellation of the sales order in PULPO WMS.

How to create a stock synchronization:

  1. Name the integration

  2. Type: Status Update

  3. Source system credentials, i.e., PULPO WMS API user

  4. Target system credentials, i.e., Plentymarkets API user

  5. Choose which status in Plentymarkets should be set when an order is completed in PULPO WMS

    1. "Enable status transfer for orders" – Updates the status of a Plentymarkets order after it has been processed in PULPO WMS

    2. "Enable status transfer for incoming goods" – Updates the status of an order in Plentymarkets after it has been fully booked in PULPO WMS

    3. New: "Enable status transfer for sales orders in Plentymarkets after import" – Updates the status of an order in Plentymarkets after it has been transferred to PULPO WMS.

  6. Create the integration.

From now on, with every status change in PULPO WMS, the stock change will be transmitted to Plentymarkets.
