PULPO WMS offers the ability to accept returns. When PULPO WMS is connected to Plentymarkets via the returns integration, return information can be transferred to Plentymarkets, and the correct status can be set there.
To create the integration, a return status must first be set up in Plentymarkets for use in PULPO WMS.
This is done under the tab "Setup" (1), menu item "Orders" (2), sub-item "Order Types" (3), "Return" (4).
Here, a new return reason with the name "PULPO" must be created (5) and saved (6).
In the same view, further down, a new item status with the name "PULPO" must also be created and saved.
The next step is to create the returns integration in PULPO WMS:
Name the integration
Type: Returns
Source system credentials, i.e., PULPO WMS API user
Target system credentials, i.e., Plentymarkets API user
Select the return reason. The number from the "Return Reason" field, where "PULPO" was entered in Plentymarkets, must be used.
Select the return status. The number from the "Item Status" field, where "PULPO" was entered in Plentymarkets, must be used.
Create the integration
Now returns can be accepted via PULPO WMS. After acceptance in PULPO WMS, a return order with status 9 will be created in Plentymarkets.
Any notes made about the products in PULPO WMS will be transferred to Plentymarkets.
