In the 3PL CSV upload, merchant_id and merchant_channel_id are to be used.
Finding these values can be tricky, and PULPO WMS provides an option to use the Alias name instead of the ID. To use the aliases, they have to be created first.
Creating a Merchant ID alias
Merchant ID can be found in the frontend view of PULPO WMS.
Click menu item Merchants in the Administration part of the side menu (1)
Select a merchant (2)
The ID is shown in the Merchants (3) tab of the merchant information
To create an alias to use instead of the Merchant ID, edit a merchant and type the name in the Alias in the merchant details as shown below
Creating a Merchant Channel ID alias
Since the Merchant Channel ID is not provided in the frontend, it is advised to create an alias for it. You can also request it from the support team, but creating an alias is a faster and easier solution.
To create an alias to use instead of the Merchant_channel_ID, edit a merchant and the selected channel, and type the name in the Alias in the channel details as shown below
After creating the merchant_id and merchant_channel_id Aliases, you can use the names in your 3PL CSV uploads instead of numbers.
