What is aliases
Warehouse aliases is a function allowing you to have different names for your warehouses in PULPO and ERP systems.
If you use one or multiple integrations and have different warehouse names in the ERP or shop tools connected, you can choose an alias for the warehouse name that PULPO WMS will then use to transfer data to the integrated system/s.
This function is only active when 3PL functionality is enabled
Adding an alias
When creating or updating a warehouse in PULPO WMS, click the ALIASES button in the upper right corner of the dialog.
A new window will open allowing you to add alias names for the warehouses of your merchants, e.g. the names they use in their ERP or shop tools. As we map the warehouses by their names, this will allow your customers to keep their warehouse names and add them as an alias in PULPO WMS.
In the example above, the warehouses of your customers in Billbee and Shopify are called "Super warehouse" and "Warehouse B", and both are mapped to the "PULPO warehouse" in your PULPO WMS system using Alias names.
