After activating the 3PL setting, the PULPO WMS customer gains the capability to fulfill orders for multiple customers of the 3PL services providers' called in PULPO WMS merchants.
To add a new merchant to the PULPO WMS account, follow these steps:
Open the menu item Merchants
Click on the orange PLUS button to add a new merchant
If you click on it, the dialogue "Create new merchant" opens.
In this dialogue box, the user must enter the details of the new trader (Name and Full Name are the only mandatory fields):
Name
Full name of the merchant
Merchant name Alias
The default warehouse from which the user is to be served
The website
Priority of the merchant
Address
Postcode
City
State
Country
Profiles of users who may work with this merchant
The 3PL feature provides you with a clear and organized overview of each merchant's activity. Once you access your PULPO WMS account, you can navigate to the specific merchant you want to focus on. From there, you can apply filters to view the relevant information associated with that particular merchant at each stage of the process. This includes filtering orders, integrations, products, and inventory, all related to the selected trader. This granularity ensures that you have a comprehensive and transparent view of each merchant's operations so that you can provide an excellent service tailored to the merchant's individual requirements.
