Updated over a week ago

Once you have created your search and loaded in the data, you can see the total volume of results in a couple of different ways.

Overview

In the Overview section under the Snapshot tab, you will see the Key Performance Metrics visual and this will show you the total volume of results in your search.

If you have pulled historical data, you can use the date range filter to the specific timeframe for the historic order, and this will update the results to show you the results pulled for this date range.

Feed

To see a list of the entire dataset in your search, navigate to the Feed, then into Results and this will show you all mentions.

You can also change the sorting of the results by clicking on the button which says Date, and see the results by a range of the different metrics available.

The ability to change the date order of the results can be down by clicking on the arrow button (next to the date button) and this will change the results from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest.

Filtering your results

If you would like to filter the results by keywords, data sources, sentiment, authors etc, you can use the filter tool which is located next to the date range filter:

This will open the tool and provide you a range of different ways to filter the data to your needs
