TRAC: How to view all results in a search?

This article will show you where to find the results in your search.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Once you have created a search and pulled in data, you can view all the results in your search by going into the Feed section, and then into Results, and it will show you every single piece of content that has been pulled in:

Once you are in the Results, there is a plethora of actions you can do here:

Date range

If you have pulled historical data, you can use the date range filter to adjust the dates to show the data from the past.

Filtering

The most beneficial way to get the most of the data is to use our filter tool which provides an array of different ways to analyse the data. For more information on the how to filter the data in your TRAC search, click the below article:

Sorting filter

You can sort the data by different metrics, such Visibility, Social Impressions, Engagements, Likes etc. This will adjust the data to show the sorting from highest to lowest, or lowest to highest.

Export

If you would like to export the results from the Feed into an excel file, you can click on the Export button and it will begin the export process. Remember to adjust the date range you would like to see the data from so it reflects in the export
