NB : This is only available to those with Admin and Superadmin access.

The Team Info Page has a lot of options, so we'll try and break it down for you!

Activities

The activities page will show you what has been happening across your subdomain. You can see what changes have been made to your subscription and the dates they were done, as well as what user made them.

Users

The users page lets you see all of the members who have access to your subdomain. With proper permissions you can create a new user, or delete ones who you no longer need. By clicking on an already existing user, you can also edit any of their settings.

Hashtags

If any of your searches have attached Instagram profiles and hashtags, you will find them listed here. Since hashtags follow a unique set of rules, we provide this page so you can check what searches are running hashtags, and what accounts you currently have plugged in to provide you with the appropriate tokens. If you're curious about these hashtag rules, check out our Instagram Hashtag FAQ for more info!

Edit Team

The edit team tab allows you to change your Team name and your profile image.

Tool Stats

Underneath the four options shown above you'll see your tool stats. For each of our tools you have purchased, you'll have a page that lets you see data related to your activity, as well as your overall access and billing day. You can use the date range shown to adjust what period of time you are looking at, and even export the chart for your own records.

Subscription Info

Beneath those charts will be the subscription info for whichever tool you are looking at. it will show you the kind of plan you have and what sort of limitation you have. In the example below we are looking at TRAC, so we can see data allowance and the percentage of data used since the last pay period.

Search/Profile Stats

Beneath all of this you can see stats for your searches (if you're on TRAC or TRENDS) and your profiles (if you're on CORE). These tell you about searches currently running, searches stopped, searches that are historic only, and even searches that are archived. You can filter these by date, creator, data sources, etc. This chart is also exportable!
