Learning Outcomes

  • You will learn how you can filter your data by Pulsar's metrics in order to segment your dataset.

In the filter panel, you will find a filter section dedicated to 'Metrics'. It gives you the ability to fine-tune your search results according to a variety of metrics. The measurable indicators that you may employ to filter your results include Followers, Likes, Engagements, Visibility, Media Reach, Media Impressions, Social Impressions, AVE, Circulation, and Credibility.

This is done on a scale, which allows you to set different bands for your filtering criteria when filtering your results.

πŸ’‘ Top Tip: Through the 'Metrics' portion of the filter, you have the ability to pinpoint the most influential creators discussing the subjects within your search. This can be achieved by establishing a specific benchmark for their follower count. Essentially, this filter enables you to set a standard, thus aiding in the identification of creators who are not only contributing to the discussion of your topic of interest, but also have a significant follower base, indicating their influence and reach.
