You can add private contacts to Media Contacts which can only be seen by users in your organisation.

Add Private Contact

1- Navigate to the Pulsar Media Contacts.

2- Click "New Contact" at the top right

3- The Main details on the left hand side is the very least information for you to complete, these are also marked with a *

4- On the right hand, this information makes up the rest of the profile on the database.

Next is the information regarding the Role/Job Title and Outlet the contact is associated with. Type the name of the outlet to search the database and add the contact to it, or click Create New Outlet.

The information you populate in these fields are also used to map the contact into the database, therefore if you choose topics for this private contact, they will then appear in searches along with all the other contacts in the database with those same topics.

The more details you can add, the easier it will be to find the contact in search results.

Note that your private contacts are only visible to other users in your account and cannot be kept updated by our research team.

View Your Private Contacts

To view your private contacts click 'Private Contacts Only' in the contact search filters.
