You can add private outlets which can only be seen by users in your organisation.
Add a Private Outlet
To add an Outlet first navigate to the outlets module.
Click New Outlet to add an Outlet
Note: The Main details on the left hand side is the very least information for you to complete, these are also marked with a *
Just below, media type information can be added.
Media Type - There are many types here, choose the one which matches best, this will be paramount when using the database and including these private outlets in your searches
Focus - This confirms the target focus for the outlet.
Category - This allows further filtering to choose e.g. a Media Outlet or Political Stakeholder.
RSS - Allows you to see the RSS feed of the outlet within the profile on the database.
On the right hand side, the outlet details make up the rest of the profile on the database.
Topics - You have the option of adding multiple topics to each outlet.
Address - Full address information can be added here
Phone, Email, Social Media - These fields have the option of adding multiple types.
Website - URL can be added here.
Language - Multiple languages can be searched for and added here.
The more details you can add, the easier it will be to find the contact in search results.
Note: Your private outlets are only visible to other users in your account and cannot be kept updated by our research team.
View your private outlets
To view your private outlets click 'Private Outlet Results Only' in the outlet search filters.
