Learning Objectives
You will learn where to enable filters in CORE
You will understand the different types of filters found in CORE
The filter button can be found in the top right corner of the Brand's All Posts section, as well as the Content, Creative, and All Posts section of the individual profiles.
CORE offers 4 different categories of filters:
Keywords
Target
Analytics
Modules
You can leverage each of these filter types to transform your content analysis and extract useful insights, or use them together to further focus your data!
Keyword Filtering
Filtering by keywords allows you to easily isolate posts containing specific keywords, hashtags, or phrases. If you’re feeling particularly advanced, you can even create a boolean expression to narrow down your data set!
📈Example: As a fashion brand, say you only want to look at certain posts you or your competitors have pushed out during a campaign. You would be able to easily isolate those post by using a boolean expression like this one: “Spring 2018” AND “skirts” OR “Dresses”
Target Filtering
If you're looking to focus your data based on broader criteria, the Target filters are the perfect option!
🚨 Important: The options in this section will vary depending on whether you are viewing private or public data, as well as which data source and section of the Brand you're viewing.
Public Data
Media Type: Text, Images, Videos, and Links
Tags: Filter by any existing tags you've created

Private Data

Analytics Filtering
You can also specify ranges for each of the CORE metrics using the Analytics filter! This can be helpful in understanding how posts are performing based on a combination of metrics
Modules Filtering
Filtering by modules allows you to search for Image tags that have been applied to the content.
Image tags are applied automatically after the content has been analyzed and will appear in a different color than user-generated tags
Saved Filters
If you'd like to save a filter to use later, simply give it a name and save it as shown. This is useful if you have regular reporting that requires posts to be segmented via the filter options.
To apply a saved filter, click on Saved Filters and select the filter you'd like to apply from the list.
To delete a filter, simply find the filter you want to delete in the Saved Filters and click the delete icon next to it
