Learning Objectives

  • Understand how to access all posts from an individual Profile

  • Learn how to tag, filter, and export content from the All Posts page

What is a Profile?

CORE is structured in the following hierarchy:

  • Brandsets

    • Brands

      • Profiles

Profiles sit within Brands and allow you to focus on the performance of a specific social channel.

What is the Profile - All Posts Section?

The Profile level All Posts section lists all the content posted in a specified time frame by a specific Profile in a given time frame. Unlike the All Posts section on the Brand level, the Profile level All Posts section only shows content from an individual social channel.

Depending on the data source the All Posts section may be split into Posts and Engagements (Replies, Retweets, etc.), allowing you to focus your insights on a particular type of content only.

Export Options

At Profile - All Posts level, you can click on the export icon to export all the current Profile's content, all the Brand's profiles results, or the content posted by any Brands within the Brandset.

Tagging

To create tags from the All Post page, you'll first need to select at least one post to apply the tag to, otherwise, the Tags dropdown will be greyed out.

Once you've selected your posts, click on the Tags dropdown. This will allow you to search through any existing tags, or create new ones by simply typing the tag name and selecting the Create tag option.

Filtering

The filter button can be found in the top right corner of the Profile's All Posts section

CORE offers 4 different categories of filters:

  1. Keywords

  2. Target

  3. Analytics

  4. Modules

You can leverage each of these filter types to transform your content analysis and extract useful insights, or use them together to further focus your data! To learn more about Filters, check out our article on CORE filters:
