We’re excited to announce the launch of Instant Alerts on TRAC, a new feature that provides real-time notifications for crisis management and time-sensitive content. With Instant Alerts, users can receive alerts via email and mobile within minutes of content being published online, ensuring timely and efficient response to critical events.
In today's fast-paced media landscape, organizations need to stay ahead of breaking news and emerging crises. With Instant Alerts, Pulsar addresses this need by delivering email notifications with very low latency meaning users will receive timely alerts about relevant content, allowing them to mitigate risks and take immediate action when necessary.
The key features of Instant Alerts include:
Crisis Management Capabilities
Instant Alerts are designed to support crisis management efforts. Organizations can set up customized instant alerts based on specific keywords, media outlets or geographic regions. This enables proactive monitoring of potential crises, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are promptly notified and can make informed decisions.
Low Latency Notification Delivery
Instant Alerts leverage cutting-edge technology to provide near real-time notifications. Whether it's breaking news, mentions of key topics, or crisis-related coverage, users will receive alerts within minutes of content being published online. This ensures that organizations stay informed and can respond swiftly to emerging situations.
Push Notifications on Pulsar Mobile
In addition to email alerts, Instant Alerts offers the option to receive push notifications directly on mobile devices. This enables users to stay connected and informed even while on the go. With mobile push notifications, critical information is delivered instantly, ensuring that users are always up to date and can respond quickly, regardless of their location.
