2. How to set up your company into the Pulseway PSA

This video will explain how to configure your company:

  • configure the address for your company

  • set the logo

  • Set the Timesheet settings and time rounding

  • configure default settings when the new ticket is created, therefore this information is pre-filled once we create a new ticket therefore we save some time.

  • Outbound email setup

  • Add custom fields to capture additional information - these fields will be added to the existing forms into the Pulseway PSA to the selected module.

  • Customize lists - this option will allow you to add options or remove the options from the drop-down lists into the Pulseway PSA.

  • Send company announcements, news

  • Holiday configuration

  • How to add administrative work types, so we can track this time on timesheets

  • Authentication
