Why was my withdrawal delayed or cancelled?

We know it can be frustrating when a withdrawal doesn’t go through as expected. Here are the most common reasons:

  • Missing documents or verification issues 📝
    If we asked for documents to verify your account or payment methods and didn’t receive them within the required time (usually 3 days), your withdrawal may be cancelled.

  • Incorrect payment details ⚠️
    Wrong IBAN, BIC, or other payment info can prevent processing.

  • Technical issues
    Sometimes problems on the payment provider’s side can cause delays.

In most cases, the full withdrawal amount will be returned to your gaming account. If this hasn’t happened, contact our Customer Support team with the transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID) and we’ll help you.

How to cancel a pending withdrawal

Changed your mind or noticed an error? You can cancel a withdrawal before it’s fully processed:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Account > Transactions

  3. Find the pending withdrawal request

  4. If eligible, click Cancel and confirm

The funds will be immediately returned to your account balance.
