How to identify what program

Updated over 2 months ago

Here's a clear and patient-friendly document that you can use in Intercom to help your Fin AI agent ask the right questions when a patient wants to reorder a system. It’s designed to explain how to locate and read the manifest number, and how that helps identify the correct program:

🔎 How to Find Your Manifest Number on the PureWay System

When you're ready to reorder your disposal system, we'll need one key piece of information: the Manifest Number. This number helps us identify which program you're part of so we can guide you to the right replacement.

📍 Where is the Manifest Number?

Look on the label attached to your disposal system box. It’s titled "Manifest #" — here’s what it looks like:

  • It’s usually printed near the top left of the label.

  • It’s bold and begins with a number, followed by two capital letters, and then more numbers.

  • Example: 1MD1182449
    In this example:

    • The “MD” is the company code that tells us which program you're in.

    • “MD” stands for the MED-Project Sharps Mailback Program.

🧾 What Does the Manifest Number Look Like?

Example Manifest Number

What the Code Means

1MD1182449

MED-Project (Sharps Mailback)

1NS4567890

Amgen - Aimovig

1NX9876543

Novartis - Cosentyx

1OM1122334

Eli Lilly - Omvoh

🛠 Why It Matters

The two-letter code in the middle of your manifest number is what allows us to match you to the correct program. This ensures we send you the right disposal system and instructions.

If you're chatting with us, you can:

  • Look at your PureWay system label now

  • Tell us the full Manifest Number (like 1MD1182449)

  • Or just tell us the two-letter code (like “MD”) if that’s easier

We’ll handle the rest!
