Want to see what your message looks like before you send it to recipients?
You can easily preview the recipient experience or send yourself a test message.
Preview your message
To see how your message will be viewed on mobile, desktop, by email, in Slack or in Teams:
Log into Pyn
Navigate to the message you want to preview in Library, Sent, or Drafts.
Click on the "Preview" button in the top right of your screen.
Preview how your message will look in each format.
π οΈ Note that tokens will appear only when sent to the end recipient.
Send yourself a test message
To send yourself a test message:
Log into Pyn.
Navigate to the message you want to preview in Library, Sent, or Drafts.
Click on the eye icon in the top right of your screen.
To see the recipient experience for your message when sent by email, select an Email sender, navigate to the email icon and click Send to yourself.
To see the recipient experience for your message when sent by Slack, select a Slack sender, navigate to the Slack icon, and click Send to yourself.
To see the recipient experience for your message when sent by Teams, select a Teams sender, navigate to the Teams icon, and click Send to yourself.

1 - Choose your delivery method
You can customize your Sender options as follows:
Send by email from:
A personal email alias such as: YourName notifications@pynhq.com, ReplyTo: YourName@yourcompany.com
A group email alias such as: People team notifications@pynhq.com, ReplyTo: PeopleTeam@yourcompany.com
Send by Slack using:
The Slack Pyn Bot
Send via Teams using:
The Slack Teams Bot
Your personal MS Teams account

2- Select message recipients
Selecting recipients for your message is easy.
Simply click on "Recipient"
Enter the group, name, channel, or email address for your message recipients.
And when you're ready, click Send!
