Preview and Send Your Pyn

How to see what your message looks like and how to send it

Want to see what your message looks like before you send it to recipients?

You can easily preview the recipient experience or send yourself a test message.

Preview your message

To see how your message will be viewed on mobile, desktop, by email, and in Slack:

  1. Log into Pyn

  2. Navigate to the message you want to preview in Library, Sent, or Drafts.

  3. Click on the eye icon in the top right of your screen.

  4. Preview how your message will look in each format.

πŸ› οΈ Note that tokens will appear only when sent to the end recipient.

Send yourself a test message

To send yourself a test message:

  1. Log into Pyn.

  2. Navigate to the message you want to preview in Library, Sent, or Drafts.

  3. Click on the eye icon in the top right of your screen.

  4. To see the recipient experience for your message when sent by email, navigate to the email icon and click Send to yourself.

  5. To see the recipient experience for your message when sent by Slack, navigate to the Slack icon and click Send to yourself.

Send your Pyn

1 - Choose your delivery method

You can customize your Sender options as follows:

2- Select message recipients

Selecting recipients for your message is easy.

Simply click on "Recipient"

Enter the group, name, or email address for your message recipients.

And when you're ready, click Send!
