The core of your Qollabi lies within your plans. You'll need to create a plan first before you start creating your objectives and activities. Your plan will be the toolbox that contains all your objectives and activities.
Important: Only admins have access to this functionality in Qollabi.

1. Create a plan
How do you create a plan?
Go to 'Plan' (on your left side, viewed top-down the third symbol)
Click on 'Create a plan' in the upper right corner
Fill in the plan name and, if you want, the plan description
Choose a color to recognize your plan
If you want, modify the initials
Done! 🎉
2. Edit a plan
In case you want to make changes to your plan, here are the necessary steps to do so:
Go to "Plan" (on your left side, viewed top-down the third symbol)
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the plan you want to edit/remove
Done! You can now edit the plan name, plan description, color, and initials
3. Delete a plan
The steps for deleting a plan are similar to editing a plan:
Go to "Plan" (on your left side, viewed top-down the third symbol)
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the plan you want to delete
Click on "Delete plan"
Check the two boxes to confirm that you want to delete this plan
Important: as you can see, when you check the boxes for deleting a plan, all data stored about this plan will be deleted, and this action cannot be undone.
