This article explains how to cancel your QuantVPS service from your dashboard, and the billing policies that apply when you do.

Log in to your QuantVPS account: quantvps.com/login
Go to the Control Panel tab in your dashboard
Scroll to the bottom and click Request Cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
All data will be permanently deleted at the end of the current billing cycle. Please back up your files in advance.
Billing & Policy Reminders
Submitting a cancellation request stops future billing, but it does not cancel your service immediately or retroactively — your QuantVPS Terms of Service govern how cancellations and billing are handled.

If you cancel mid-cycle, your service remains active until the end of the billing period unless otherwise requested. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as services are provisioned and resources are allocated instantly upon purchase.
