This article explains how to cancel your QuantVPS service from your dashboard, and the billing policies that apply when you do.

Log in to your QuantVPS account: quantvps.com/login

Go to the Billing tab in your dashboard.

Find the subscription you want to cancel. Click Manage, then Cancel.

Answer the short feedback question.

Choose what you want to happen to your service.
Click Continue to cancel.

Confirm the cancellation.

Your service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prefer that we cancel it for you? Open a support ticket and we'll be happy to take care of it.
When your paid period ends, your server goes offline and is held for a short time, then permanently deleted. Back up your files before your period ends.
Billing & Policy Reminders
Submitting a cancellation request stops future billing, but it does not cancel your service immediately or retroactively; your QuantVPS Terms of Service govern how cancellations and billing are handled.
To review our policies:
If you cancel mid-cycle, your service remains active until the end of the billing period unless otherwise requested. Renewals are not refundable. New customers on a VPS plan can request a refund of their first payment within 14 days of the start of their subscription, unless that payment was discounted (for example with a promo code, partner code or coupon). Dedicated servers are not eligible. See our Refund Policy for full details.
