You can upgrade your QuantVPS plan anytime to increase performance, memory, and CPU resources — without losing your data or configurations. The upgrade takes just a few minutes, and your server remains fully backed up throughout the process.
Note: Plans can only be upgraded, not downgraded.
Upgrade Through Your Dashboard
Log in to the QuantVPS Dashboard.
Navigate to the Overview or Control Panel tab.
Click Upgrade Plan next to your active VPS.
Select your desired plan.
Complete the payment to confirm the upgrade.
✅ Once payment is submitted, your VPS will automatically restart to apply the upgrade. Your login information, account settings, and software configurations will remain unaffected throughout the upgrade process, ensuring a smooth transition without the need for further adjustments.
There's no need to reinstall or reconfigure anything — your files, platforms, and settings will remain exactly as they were. Your credentials (username and password) and any pre-existing software setups will persist without any changes.
Important Notes
IP Address may change after the upgrade.
MachineID may change after the upgrade.
If your trading platform, license, or any third-party software is tied to a specific IP or MachineID, you may need to re-authenticate after the upgrade completes.
Billing Notes
All upgrades are pro-rated. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
Your default payment method on file will be automatically charged.
Plans cannot be downgraded — only upgraded — due to software and resource limitations.
However, upon request, our team can assist you with migrating to a lower tier.
Note: A new IP address, password, and MachineID will be assigned during a migration.
