Step-by-Step: Changing to Annual Billing
Log in to your QuantVPS Dashboard.
Open your VPS Overview page.
Under the Billing section, click the annual billing option (labeled something like "Save 20% with annual" — the exact discount shown may vary, so check your dashboard for the current rate) (see screenshot below).
Confirm the switch. Your account will move to the annual plan as described below.
What Happens After You Switch
When you switch from monthly to annual billing partway through a billing period:
Any remaining time you've already paid for on the monthly plan is credited/prorated — you don't lose the unused portion of your current monthly cycle.
The new annual charge (minus that prorated credit) is billed immediately at the time you confirm the switch, not at your old renewal date.
Your new annual billing cycle starts from the date of the switch — your next renewal will be exactly one year later, not on your old monthly renewal date.
If the amounts on your invoice look different than expected, open a support ticket and we can walk through the proration for your specific account.
