Quartz Client Screen

The Client area is where Client Records are viewed and maintained, it is also where Client Records are created.


Import will take users to the Client import history screen, where Clients can be uploaded using a spreadsheet template.

Create allows you to create a new assignment. For a guide on how to create an assignment press here:

Options to filter

  • Client Name

  • Status

  • Compliance Status

  • Invoice grouping by

  • With Chaser Settings

Pressing Clear Search will clear the current search parameters.

Client List

Client No: The Client Reference number

Client name: The name of the client

Compliance Status: Open/ Closed

Invoice Grouping: Indicates how this client’s invoices are grouped — e.g. by Timesheet, Contractor, Client, or Client and Location

Client Status: Active/ Inactive

Chaser Settings: Set to Yes to enable automatic timesheet reminders. Set to No to disable.

Created at: The date and Time the client is created.

Actions Menu

View the client

Edit the client

Change Status

Click Delete to remove a client; only delete those with no related transaction and created in error
