Quartz Assignment Screen

Assignments are used to allocate jobs or placements to Contractors. They serve as the contractual agreement, outlining the payment rate to the Supplier and the charge rate to the Client. A Contractor must have an active Assignment in place in order to raise a timesheet.

Import will take users to the Import Assignment screen, where Assignments can be uploaded using a spreadsheet template.

Report allows you to create reports on 'open assignments' and 'assignment summary'

Create allows you to create a new assignment. For a guide on how to create an assignment press here:

Options to filter

  • Assignment number

  • Client

  • Contractor

  • Assignment Start Date - End Date

  • Location

  • Timesheet Frequency

  • Payment Frequency

  • Workflow Type

  • Last Created/ Updated in

  • Status

Pressing Clear Search will clear the current search parameters.

View the Assignment List

Assignment No: The Assignment reference number
​Client: The Client relevant to the Assignment
​Contractor: The Contractor relevant to the Assignment
​Location: If relevant, the Location that the Assignment is for
​Start Date: The commencement date of the Assignment
​End Date: The finish date of the Assignment

Work Flow: Whether the timesheet is a E-sign or a image upload
​Status: Active/Inactive Status of the Assignment

View the assignment

Edit the assignment

Change Status

Click Copy to create a new Assignment based on an existing one. You can update the dates and make any other necessary changes.

Timesheet history

Click Delete to remove an Assignment; only delete those with no related transactions and created in error.
