After you have set up your account and logged in, you will see a dashboard with a count of unauthorised and authorised timesheets. After clicking on each of the counts, you will see the respective timesheets based on the selection.
Step 1 To authorise/reject timesheets, you can go to the user timesheets screen. You can access the screen in two ways:
The first method is to use the dashboard and select Unauthorised or Authorised:
Another way is by clicking User Timesheets in the Windows icon at the top:
Select "User Timesheets".
Step 2 Once in the User Timesheets screen, “Unauthorised” timesheets will be displayed by default in the screen.
You can filter any timesheet status that is available on the status filter, this in turn will show the timesheets with that status.
If you want to approve/reject timesheets, you need to select the timesheet and click the Action button at the top.
Step 3 You now have two options; you can approve the timesheets or reject them (select any one of the options).
It will then show the status "authorised" after you authorise it.
Rejecting the Timesheet
If you want to reject it, you have the option to give a reason behind the rejection of timesheets. After doing so, timesheet will be in Rejected status.
