This guide outlines which fields are pulled from Bullhorn, how they are transformed (if applicable), and where they populate within Quartz.
Contractor Field Mapping Overview:

Last Name | Surname | Yes | Surname cannot be empty. Must not exceed 35 characters. Only alphabetical characters are allowed. Apostrophes, spaces, and hyphens are permitted, but only from the second character onwards. |
SSN | NI number | No | A Contractor with this NI Number already exists in a batch. |
Gender | Gender | Yes | Gender is required. Allowed values are: Male, Female. |

Status – Any new or updated candidate in Bullhorn will pull through to Quartz if the status in Bullhorn is set to New Lead, Active, Placed, or any custom status. If the status is set to DNU, Archive, Inactive, it will not pull through.
