Navigating your Consultant Dashboard

useful tips on navigating through the portal as a consultant in Quartz

Once Logged on Quartz the following Dashboard you will see:

Assignments

Active: See assignments that have been set for the contractor by the organisation and are active

Inactive: See assignments that have been set for the contractor by the organisation and are inactive

Timesheets:

Drafted: See the timesheets that are currently in draft status

Unapproved: See timesheets that have been submitted but are pending approval.

Approved: See timesheets that have been submitted and approved.

Creating a New Timesheet

To create a new timesheet, click Create Timesheet in the top-right corner of the screen.

A list of your available assignments will be displayed. Select the relevant assignment to create a timesheet.

Assignment Availability

You can only create timesheets for assignments that are assigned to you. The ability to create a timesheet depends on the settings configured for the assignment at an admin level.

If a Week Is Not Available

If a specific week is not available when creating a timesheet, you should check your Timesheets screen.

In most cases, the timesheet for that period has already been auto-generated and saved in Draft status. If this happens, it will not appear in the Create Timesheet list because it has already been created.
