Sales Invoice Batch Tab

Pending Batches Tab

Pending Batches are Batches that have been created, but not yet run.

The 'Status' column is able to be filtered and sorted to show Pending batches only- with the ability to export results to Excel

Actions

Edit: Edit the batch

Run: Run the batch - running the batch will move this batch to the Completed Batches tab
Add: Add timesheets to the batch
Reports: Batch Summary Report - an Excel spreadsheet will export with details of each timesheet included in the batch
Edit Batch Label: Rename the batch label

Delete: Delete the batch

Complete Batches Tab

Once a batch has been run, the status will show as 'Invoiced'.

Actions:

View: View Sales Invoice Batch
Re-send Invoices: Invoice emails will re-send

PDF Bulk Download: Batch will download as a PDF

Reports: Reports Menu

Detailed Summary Report - Exports to Excel details of each timesheet within the batch
Sales Ledger (Sage): Report that is compatible with Sage to be able to be imported to the system detailing each timesheet in the sales invoices
Consolidate Ledger Report (Sage): Report that is compatible with Sage to be able to be imported to the system detailed each invoice that had been generated within the batch
Basic Invoice Summary: Summary Report of each invoice that has been included in the sales invoices
Sales Ledger (Xero): Summary Report of all timesheets that have been included in the sales invoices

PDF Download: Will download a PDF of all invoices generated, as well as the timesheets and attachments associated with the invoice

Edit Batch Label: Edit the batch label
Delete: Delete the invoice batch, this will not delete the timesheets associated, it will delete the invoices raised only. Please note that any invoice that has been deleted, the invoice number will not be used again.

Unbilled Timesheets Tab

Any timesheets that have not yet been billed will display in the User Timesheets screen with a status of 'Unbilled'.

The unbilled timesheets will group by Client, and can be viewed via the actions icon.
Each column on this page can be searched, sorted, and exported.
