The Quartz Home Screen is a dashboard with easy access to Clients, Assignments, Contractors, and Suppliers.
Click on the icons for easy access to these areas.
Dashboard Buttons
Clients - Count of Active/Inactive Clients in the system
Assignments - Count of Active/Inactive Assignments in the system
Contractors - Count of Active/Inactive Contractors in the system
Suppliers - Count of Active/Inactive Suppliers in the system
Purchase Invoice - Count of timesheets in the system with status Paid/Unpaid
Sales Invoice - Count of timesheets in the system with status Billed/Unbilled
Ready To Batch - Count of timesheets in the system with status Unpaid/Unbilled
Awaiting Approval - Count of timesheets in the system with status ‘Awaiting Agency Approval’
Awaiting Authorisation - Count of timesheets in the system with status ‘Awaiting Client Authorisation’
