Here are simple instructions on how to find out if you are a corporation tax payer:

  1. Visit the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) website: Open FTA website to access electronic services.

  2. Log in to your personal account: Use your username and password to log in. If you do not already have an account, you will need to register.

  3. Go to Taxable Person List: Find the 'Taxable Person List' section via the menu on the home page and select your company.

  4. Get a Certificate: Under 'Certificates', click on the multi-dot to download a PDF certificate of registration as a corporate tax payer.

The certificate of registration as a corporate tax payer contains the following information:

  • Corporate tax assessment period.

  • Start and end dates of the first tax period.

  • The due date for filing the return for the first tax period.

This information will help you plan and meet your tax filing deadlines.

Company registration as a taxpayer is included in QuickTax Accounting subscription. Just create a free profile and start it for free.
